In Bangkok, tens of thousands of people remain stranded after floods hit the Thai capital earlier this weekend.
In some areas, floodwaters rose to more than a metre, and despite breaks in the rain, they have yet to recede.
The government is deploying more than 10,000 troops to help with evacuations.
