The Tompkins County District Attorney in New York will reopen an investigation into the alleged gang rape of a former Cornell University student after she filed a new civil lawsuit this month. The lawsuit displays new evidence against seven members of Chi Phi fraternity, who Jane Doe alleges drugged and sexually assaulted her in October 2024.
