Madison police say officers responding to an anonymous tip found around 30 partially clothed men covered in food, condiments and other liquids inside an Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity house near the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Several had visible injuries, according to police, and the fraternity’s president and vice president were arrested on suspicion of hazing and disorderly conduct.
