Palestinian Israeli politician withdraws from Knesset bid after disqualification

Palestinian Israeli politician Sami Abu Shehadeh has decided to withdraw his candidacy for the Israeli Knesset.
This follows a decision by Israel’s central elections committee to disqualify him.
Abu Shehadeh will submit his decision to the Israeli Supreme Court on Friday.
The court has given Abu Shehadeh the “choice” in a hearing held today
