Russian drone and missile attacks have forced Ukraine’s Kametstal steel plant in Kamianske offline, dealing a major blow to the country’s steel industry and economy.

Workers and journalists are forced to evacuate to an underground shelter during a drone alert, as employees describe living under the constant threat of attack. The plant’s CEO says a ballistic missile strike caused millions of dollars in damage, bringing Ukraine’s steel production close to zero.

Al Jazeera’s Audrey MacAlpine reports from Kamianske, Ukraine.
