Heavy artillery, missile fire and drone attacks have been reported, with neither side making significant territorial gains.
Civilians in populated and coastal areas are being displaced daily, while aid agencies struggle to reach them amid the escalating violence.
The contested areas hold strategic value, offering control over the port of Mocha and the Bab al-Mandeb Strait.
