Anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas has pleaded not guilty to criminal damage over the alleged slashing of a boat in the English Channel with an emergency responder on board.
The 37-year-old also pleaded not guilty for not disclosing his phone PIN to the police, under Section 53 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
Thomas, who founded the anti-migration group Patriot Platform and is known as Danny Tommo, entered the plea at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
