President Trump is downplaying his family’s ties to former Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle following corruption allegations, including trading official access for cash. After Trump claimed Guilfoyle merely “dated” his son a long time ago, former White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham called out his pattern of denying reality. “This is what Donald Trump and the family does,” Grisham said. “They tend to just suddenly distance themselves from people.”
