At least five people are missing in Nepal after a flash flood on Sunday.
A landslide blocked a river near the northern border, causing a torrent of water downstream.
It damaged bridges, hydropower plants and dozens of houses.
Nepal is still recovering from devastating floods in August, along its border with China.
Santosh Pandey is the Humanitarian and Disaster Risk Management Lead at Oxfam Nepal.
He says people there are concerned that more floods could be on the way.
