Ashley Malcolm is set to be sentenced at The Old Bailey after admitting manslaughter and burglary after 86-year-old John Burke died after headbutting him during a break-in at his home in north London.
Malcolm is also being sentenced for burglary and attempted burglary in relation to a series of other break-ins.
